Hypnosis Skills Lab
If you've been curious about hypnosis, but not ready to jump straight into full professional certification, this class was made for you. We'll spend one live day working with real hypnosis skills you can feel for yourself. This is a real hypnosis skills class, not professional certification, and it includes 2 follow-up practice calls so you have room to keep using what you learn.
You will not just sit there listening all day. You'll work from structured lab materials you can keep, revisit, and build on. The day is practical, experiential, and genuinely fun.
In the morning, we work with the AId Framework: Attention, Intention, and Discernment. In the afternoon, we step into hypnosis more directly through language, imagination, perception, and real techniques you can actually use. If you decide later that you want the full professional path, your tuition here credits toward certification.

Questions
Is this fully online, or is any part of it in person?
Fully online. The live day and both follow-up practice calls happen over Zoom, so you can join from anywhere, no travel required.
What do I need to join?
A computer, tablet, or phone with a stable internet connection, and a quiet, private space where you can close your eyes and relax without interruption. A camera and microphone help since parts of the day are interactive group practice, not just watching.
What if I can't make the live day?
The live day on Saturday, August 22, 2026, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST includes full recording access, so if something comes up, you won't lose the content. That said, it's a better experience live, so if you can, clear your calendar for August 22 and be there with us in real time.
Who's actually teaching this?
Erika Flint, MA+CPHI, founder of Cascade Hypnosis Center, personally. This isn't outsourced to an assistant instructor or handed over to a recording. It's Erika live, teaching from her own framework.
Is this the same as becoming a certified hypnotist?
No. This is a personal-skills class, not professional certification. It does not cover client intake, ethics, business practice, confidentiality, or the larger responsibilities that come with working professionally with other people. If you later decide you want the full professional path, your Skills Lab tuition credits 100% toward Professional Certification if you enroll within 12 months.
How much time does this actually take?
One 7-hour live day on Saturday, August 22, 2026, plus 2 follow-up 90-minute group calls after on September 17 and October 15 at 4:00 PM PST. That's the whole commitment for this class.
