Questions
Is this fully online, or is any part of it in person?
Fully online. The live day and all 3 monthly practice calls happen over Zoom, so you can join from anywhere, no travel required.
What do I need to join?
A computer, tablet, or phone with a stable internet connection, and a quiet, private space where you can close your eyes and relax without interruption. A camera and microphone help since parts of the day are interactive group practice, not just watching.
What if I can't make the live day?
The live immersion day on Saturday, August 22, 2026, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST includes full recording access, so if something comes up, you won't lose the content. That said, the practice exercises land differently live, so we'd encourage you to clear your calendar for August 22 if you can.
Who's actually teaching this?
Erika Flint, MA+CPHI, founder of Cascade Hypnosis Center, personally. This isn't outsourced to an assistant instructor or a pre-recorded course, it's Erika live, teaching from her own framework.
Is this the same as becoming a certified hypnotist?
No. This is a personal-skills class, not professional certification, and it doesn't cover client intake, ethics, or business practice. If you later decide you want to work with paying clients, your Skills Lab tuition credits 100% toward Professional Certification if you enroll within 12 months.
How much time does this actually take?
One 7-hour live day on Saturday, August 22, 2026, plus 3 monthly group calls after, Thursdays 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM PST on September 17, October 15, and November 19. That's the whole commitment.
